Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

Counter Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter notification. Your counter notification must include:
- Identification of the material that has been removed and the location at which it appeared before it was removed
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice
Repeat Infringers
navilxyz may terminate user accounts that are subject to repeated or multiple copyright complaints.
